Villa Chiara is a newly renovated, very cozy, and tastefully decorated villa with a pool, suitable for 6 - 7 people. It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, only 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on a 2800 sqm plot with a private swimming pool of 50 sqm. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with a kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. From the living room, there's a direct exit to the terrace equipped with seating furniture. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned, it also has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden along with a terrace, a barbecue area with a large stone table, and a private car park. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away.
Gornja Slivnica is located in the hinterland of Zadar, just 4 km from the beautiful Velebit Channel. In this area recreation and relaxation is called for. Here you can enjoy a dalmatian wine accompanied by a book and forget the everyday stress. You can also visit the Croatian national park. An unforgettable holiday is guaranteed here.

Alles wie beschrieben, super Haus, sehr ruhig mit tollem Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Realität hat im großen und ganzen das gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Das einzig wirkliche Manko ist der Region anzuheften, da es nicht all zu viele interessante Ausflugsziele gab.September 2019. source: Home Away
